Since Summer is here, Akoustikos is well into their booking season. Check out the dates below for current show times:

About the Orchestra

The Akoustikos Guitar Orchestra
The Akoustikos Guitar Orchestra is a group of young students, conducted by their instructor, Paul Zerman. Akoustikos is entirely comprised of acoustic guitars; all performing in the traditional orchestra fashion. During the Christmas season, the orchestra travels to nursing homes and assisted living facilities to perform shows for the residents. Also, the Guitar Orchestra has performed at numerous locations, including the Harrisburg Forum for the "Celebration of children" event. During this event, Paul Zerman was presented the Crescendo Award for his outstanding work in promoting youth in the arts. The group also performs an array of songs-- Christmas and non Christmas alike--from a variety of genres. From traditional Christmas carols, to favorites from the 50's and beyond, Akoustikos performs them all to create a uniquely distinctive show.
